RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Please email us at shopbypinkprincess@gmail.com if you have any questions in regards to sizing, material, texture, color etc. BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
  • We always make sure to double check the condition of our product before we ship out.
  • If you received a damaged order for any reason, please send us the photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving it so we can assist you and send out a replacement. If you go passed 48 hours of your package arriving and not notifying us, we unfortunately cannot send you out any replacement.
  • Damaged item can be shipped back at our expense. We will email you the free shipping label.
  • Replacement item will ship out, only if we received the damaged ones.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order cancellation can only be made within 24 hours after you placed an order with us.
  • If you want to cancel an order, website and payment fees cannot be refunded.
  • Refund will be applied within 2-3 business days depending on your bank policy.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund can only be granted in a situation basis. If refund is not an option to the situation, your payment will be converted and turn it into a store credit.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable.


SHOPPINKPRINCESS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen while in transit. Please be responsible to track your package. Thank you for your understanding.
